Support Workers
Location: Crewe CW10 and CW11
Pay: £11.60 - £12.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available (Days, Nights, and Weekend Shifts)

You will be supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping them to live as independently as possible while promoting their well-being and quality of life. We are passionate about delivering person-centred care and using trauma-informed approaches to ensure our service users receive the best possible support.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering service users in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting service users with daily activities such as personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation
Encouraging independence by assisting with budgeting, decision-making, and developing life skills
Accompanying individuals into the community for activities, shopping, and appointments
Providing emotional support and building positive relationships with service users
Administering medication and following care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
Attending appointments and advocating on behalf of service users when necessary
Lone working and team working depending on the needs of the service
Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
What We Are Looking For
Minimum six months experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
Understanding of trauma-informed care and a compassionate approach
Fun, energetic, and bubbly personality to engage positively with service users
Ability to administer medication confidently
Valid CPI or PMVA Training Certificate
DBS on the update system (desirable)
Care Certificate (desirable)
