You'll also receive an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and assist in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Ensure freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management are maintained
* Provide exceptional customer service every time they visit your store
