Your Duties: Support the Senior HR Advisor in delivering a professional and proactive resourcing service. Ensure employee resourcing aligns with policies, legislation, and best practices. Implement the workforce plan and resourcing policies promptly. Advise and support managers on employee resourcing issues. Develop and review recruitment and selection documentation. Collaborate with Organisational Development on candidate assessment and testing. Prepare and manage job adverts and communication with candidates. Ensure timely completion of pre-employment checks and issuing contracts. Maintain up-to-date records and compliance with legislative requirements. Provide training for managers and produce accurate reports on resourcing activities. Person Specification Your Profile: Essential: Degree level qualification in Human Resource Management. AND Minimum of one year of experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing. OR Level 5 qualification in Human Resources AND Minimum of two years of experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing. Other: Current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at Associate Member (Assoc CIPD) or above. OR Can demonstrate ability to obtain this within one year of the closing date. Can demonstrate relevant HR experience in at least 3 of the 4 areas below: Providing professional HR advice to managers on employee resourcing matters. Providing end to end recruitment and selection services. Effectively implementing resourcing policies and procedures. Providing HR statistics and/or reports for managers. Sound understanding of current employment legislation relating to employee resourcing. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full. Desirable: Experience planning and leading a major recruitment campaign. Experience working within local government or the public sector. Your Benefits: £14.91 per hour. Pension Contribution. Additional Information: Full time, Temporary. Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. A Basic Access NI Check is Required.
