Your Next Role
Reporting to the GM Operations, you will lead and oversee all aspects related to cost estimation, contract administration and financial management of structural steel projects.
To excel in the role, you have demonstrated success in a Senior QS and/or Contracts Management role, coupled with technical expertise stemming from the construction sector along with a relevant qualification.
* Review and analyse tenders, ensuring all aspects are accounted for
* Administer contracts from tendering to fruition with precision and accountability
* Mentor a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and growth
* Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progress
* Continually engage with clients to ensure CSFE is ‘front of mind’ and involved where required
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in structural steel projects, minimum 5 years
* A track record that resonates with our values, especially safety, reliability and integrity
* A working knowledge of industry best practices
* The ability to adapt to new technologies
