Job summary One full-time (37.5 hours) Band 2 Receptionist to join the team based at Alderney Community Hospital in Poole. The successful candidate would be joining a friendly, dynamic, professional multi-disciplinary team in a fast-pacedadminenvironment and the post holder will be required to operate the telephone switchboard as the Single Point of Access (SPoA) for MAS.This post holder must be able todemonstratea compassionate approach andwill require patience and highstandardsof communication in dealing with people who may be anxious or have cognitive impairments. The post holder will need to liaise with a range of colleagues in the Trust and the wider health and social care sector as well as carers and patients. They will also be able to support the admin systems and processes of the wider team.
