REED HR is delighted to exclusively support our client in the North Down area who wishes to recruit an experienced HR Business Advisor to cover a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to work in a well-established business with a highly supportive team and provide expert comprehensive guidance and support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional HR advice and support on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation Lead and support on employee relations issues. Assist with recruitment and selection, to include the management of international recruitment and updating social medium platforms. Assist with the management of short and long-term absenteeism. Produce HR analytical reports for management as required. Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Criteria: At least one year in an HR advisory role or similar. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and IT skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential. Access to a car and full driving license & car insurance in connection with business Salary on offer: £33,588.95 per annum - 37.5 hours weekly.
