Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a two Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse on a fixed term/secondment basis for 12 months:
Post 1: 37 hours per week
Post 2: 28 hours per week

What you will do:
Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages.
You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
You may be required to work 5 days over 7 which could include evenings and weekends.
