IT Support Helpdesk Engineer Location: North Wales, UK – LL28 (Onsite)Salary: Up to £30kOur technology focused client is looking for an experienced IT Support Helpdesk Engineer to join the team.The ideal candidate will have 1st line capability with a willingness to learn and develop skills further within a professional IT Support environment. IT Support Helpdesk role – Diagnose and resolve software and hardware calls/tickets Record, update and document requests using the help desk system Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems if required Assist with Azure and Active Directory management Work with the infrastructure team to implement network and hardware initiatives. Support O365 plus other technologies including Windows 10 / 11, OSX / iOS, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, VLANs and Google workspace. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within IT Support and enjoy supporting users with a range of IT issues.Basic Welsh language skills are needed and a full UK driving license plus access to a vehicle.
