We are seeking a Studio Manager for a permanent role in the Marketing industry, based in Solihull.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This will be a hybrid role after completion of the first 3 months.
Role Purpose
* Managing and supervising the throughput of work through the studio.
* Assisting in creation of new business.
* Completion of administrative tasks.
* To act as the first point of contact for clients and partners.
* Producing client monthly reports and internal costs analysis.
* Attend client meetings (zoom/teams/occasional face to face at client’s premises).
* Organising film and photo shoots.
Role Duties
Production
* Liaise with studio/freelance creatives regarding status of concept work, artwork and live jobs and update/maintain production calendar.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding production deadlines and monitor/inform studio and the client.
* Set and monitor proof dates to and from client and liaise with studio/creatives and client to ensure timescales are met.
New Business
* In-house running of new business functions information gathering, upkeep of prospect files, diary of events and sending of materials and update of actions on files.
Admin.
* Obtain quotes from suppliers and revert to senior management with all relevant information.
* Prepare client quotes pursuant to costings and email to clients.
* Prepare purchase orders to suppliers.
* Prepare agendas, take notes and/or type up notes from client meetings and highlight, diarise and apportion to the correct staff member all activities and deadlines arising.
* Client monthly reports collation and send.
* Project costs analysis.
Client Facing
* First person to answer calls, receiving and transferring telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages and passing these on immediately via the email system or connecting callers to staff members.
* Ensure all answer machine messages to main office number are taken down accurately and directed to staff members.

* At least 5 years’ experience of working within an agency or marketing environment.
* Keen interest in all things automotive.
* Implementing admin systems and databases.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner.
* Good written skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Computer and MAC literate.
* Driving license.
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team.
