What Will I Be Doing? As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the key link between the client and their unforgettable travel experience. You'll be: Developing new business and managing existing accounts Creating bespoke travel proposals that meet the specific needs of schools, colleges, and sports groups Accurately costing trips using internal systems and managing budgets Working closely with internal departments to coordinate transport, accommodation, and activities Building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers Delivering excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond What Experience Do I Need? You might have previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel - or you might be a recent graduate with a passion for travel and a real hunger to learn and succeed. What's most important is that you're: Confident communicating with clients by phone and email Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools (CRM experience is a bonus) Commercially aware and able to work towards targets Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player Interested in educational or sports travel, and excited by the idea of helping shape meaningful experiences for young people Open to occasional travel as part of the role Why This Role?
