Levenshulme Inspire is a community led centre offering support and services, a café, room hire and a wide range of projects including family support and volunteering.
The role involves all the day to day management of the finances of the café and the community centre including payments and receipts, budgets, payroll and reporting to the Board of Trustees.
Main Duties
1. To manage all income and expenditure for Levenshulme Inspire and support the wider staff team with all income streams; business, individuals, trusts and foundations and statutory sources.
2. Data input, bank reconciliation and general financial oversight.
3. To operate an effective payroll function.
4. Assist in developing grant applications to trusts, foundations and statutory sources.
5. To contribute to the development of effective operational procedures that improve efficiency such as monitoring impact, processes and finance.
6. To support the Board in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
7. To prepare annual accounts and liaise with accountants to ensure compliance with annual reporting requirements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £19,200.00 per year
