About the Role
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you'll travel across your region, primarily supporting our homes in Trowbridge and Warminster to manage and develop the teams, help us deliver high-quality care and service. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help implement action plans that ensure residents' needs are met.
Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, you can expect to help with everything from care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life. This means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You'll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that achieve your goals.
About You
To join us as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you'll need:
* Be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
* Have a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
* Previous experience working within a nursing home setting
* Evidence of continual professional development
* Experience helping residents with different health needs
* A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
* SOME HR experience
* A strong knowledge of sales and marketing
* An understanding of budget management
* A track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
