Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 support for students with challenging behaviours.

• Collaborate with the SEN team to implement behaviour strategies.
• Support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to track student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a patient, empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant with experience in managing challenging behaviours. Familiarity with behaviour management techniques (e.g., TEAM TEACH) is a bonus. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
