We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Site Manager / Construction Supervisorwho has good team leadership and management skills with the ability to lead small teams on a wide range of projects and is capable of being very ‘hands on’ when required.
Working as the Site Manager / Construction Supervisor you will manage Site Operatives to ensure works get completed on time and to a high standard.
As Site Manager / Construction Supervisor you must be fine with working outside in the elements with a positive and pro-active approach to your work.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Site Manager / Construction Supervisor include:
1. Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the commencement of work
2. Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently – Additional training will be provided
3. Carry out manual tasks such as lifting and moving materials when required
4. Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
5. Lead team members to achieve project goals
6. Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
7. Report any issues or concerns to the Senior Management Team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
8. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
9. Proficiency in operating construction machinery and equipment (Extra training will be provided)
10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
11. Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
12. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
13. Excellent communication skills
