The Firm
Our client, a well established law firm based in Victoria are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will work closely with the Partners in relation to the firm's administrative functions. Duties to include:
Responsible for front of house and telephone cover
Liaising with clients and contacts by telephone and in writing
Maintaining office supplies and stationery
Photocopying and filing
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring the firm's calendars are kept up to date
Acting as the first point of contact in relation to any IT queries
Assisting with the firm's HR and financial proceduresThis Legal Secretary role is a full time, permanent office based role, working Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Requirements
At least 6 months administration experience within a professional services environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Good numerical and communications skills, both verbal and writtenVacancy Highlights
