We are on the lookout for a dynamic Project Administrator who is ready to contribute to our clients' thriving projects and make a real impact. As a Project Administrator, your role will be vital to our success. You'll be responsible for:
1. Preparing RAMS and H&S site files
2. Raising purchase orders on Sage
3. Creating work orders on client portal
4. Producing and updating electronic Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms)
5. Sourcing products and materials from current suppliers and various online platforms
6. Hiring and off-hiring of plant and equipment
7. Processing documentation for new subcontractors and suppliers
8. Arranging training courses for staff
9. Monitoring general incoming emails and calls
10. Providing general assistance to site teams
11. Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You:
1. IT literate and confident using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
2. Ideally experienced in project administration and/or construction industry
3. Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail
4. Capable of prioritising work effectively
5. Strongly organised with fantastic time management skills
6. Adaptable and able to work both in a team and on your own initiative
