The role
will include responding to day-to-day enquiries from residents, managing busy situations with ease, handling difficult customers effectively, managing parcels and mail, answering and directing phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and establish a strong connection with each resident to understand and meet their needs.
Key Requirements:
1. Prior experience in customer service is essential
2. Experience in administrative and reception duties is preferred
3. Proficiency in IT
4. Customer-focused with experience in a service-oriented environment
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask
