Southdown is a successful and award-winning supported housing and care provider, operating across Sussex.
We are looking to appoint a Digital Solutions Project Manager to manage key digital projects across the organisation. The projects will focus on bringing about organisational improvements through digital transformation to drive efficiency and improve client, colleague, and tenant experience. Our upcoming project roadmap includes system implementations across HR, workforce planning and the recording of client care plans digitally.
This role will manage some of these projects and will work with the Head of Improvement and Impact to drive continuous improvements and support the implementation of our internal project framework. This is a key role that will ensure our digital initiatives are effectively planned, cost controlled and communicated to the organisation to ensure benefits realisation.

A 10% Technical Premium has been added to this role (increasing your salary to £40,635.10), based on the sector average. Technical Premiums are applied to roles where external benchmarking shows a variance of more than 5% from the market average. This does not form part of your contractual pay and will be reviewed periodically to determine whether the premium is still applicable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects ensuring they follow our project delivery framework and control of timelines, budget, scope, risk, communication, and benefits realisation.
* Utilise your subject matter expertise in digital to steer the project accordingly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
* Digital systems or digital transformation best practice.
* ISO 8000 or Six Sigma.
* Successfully managing digital projects.
* Following established project frameworks.
* Co-production or UX research.
* Digital systems.
* Data governance.
* Project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile etc.) (desirable).
* Computer science BSc. (desirable).
* Certified Data Management Professional or similar (desirable).
* The post holder should have knowledge of both project management methodology and a technical understanding of digital software and tools to allow the post holder to make recommendations and decisions.
