Your Responsibilities: Support the client consultants to ensure the service agreed is fully embraced within the businesses that have signed with the firm Collate and use reports from the firms secure site to establish training requirements of external and internal users and implement the required training programmes Provide support to the Client Services Team by taking ownership of and resolving complex queries Use reports to establish system development requirements and issues and liaise with internal stakeholders to address them Maintain professionalism when engaging with internal staff and management Your Skills: Strong communicator with a can do approach Enthusiastic and resilient individual Strong planning and organisation skills Able to effectively manage own workload and use own initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office If this sounds like you, please apply today.
