Criteria:
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to project environments.
* A-levels or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
* Experience with CRM/project management software is desirable.
Duties:
* Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of project documentation.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
* Act as the central contact point for project-related and general office queries.
* Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
