Criteria: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to project environments. A-levels or equivalent in business administration or a related field. Experience with CRM/project management software is desirable. Duties: Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of project documentation. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Act as the central contact point for project-related and general office queries. Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
