The Role:
* Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, providing prompt resolution to complaints or general enquiries, track the progress of ongoing maintenance and repairs, keeping customers informed, provide pricing and quotations, prepare and maintain accurate reports.
* Working closely alongside other departments such as sales, customer service, workshop
* Due to the nature of the role there may be occasional travel to customer sites
