Join our prestigious golf club as a Chef De Partie and help deliver imaginative menus. Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include supporting kitchen operations, ensuring high food standards, and managing a section of the kitchen. You will be creative, work independently, and help develop new dishes and menus. The role requires adherence to food hygiene, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Work pattern: Monday to Sunday, including evenings for functions. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen operation
• Ensuring high standard food preparation and presentation
• Supporting the team in delivering day service and events
• Working independently and managing a kitchen section
• Monitoring portion control and waste control
• Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and preparation
• Adhering to COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, and environmental policies
• Taking care of customers and colleagues within your area of responsibility
