Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Develop audience targeting strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives. Work with influencers and content creators to enhance AD effectiveness Create compelling TikTok ad creatives that resonate with the platform's user base and reflect brand messaging. Monitor and optimise campaigns on TikTok to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness. Stay updated on TikTok advertising best practices, new features, and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok campaigns with wider digital marketing strategies and objectives. Prepare and present performance reports, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a TikTok Ads Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role. Strong understanding of TikTok’s ad platform, including ad formats, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI. Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, using tools like TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel. Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad copy and visuals tailored for TikTok’s audience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with trends and viral content on TikTok and how to leverage them for advertising purposes. Knowledge of compliance standards in advertising, particularly within the claims and finance sectors, is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
