Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising 6 Individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.
18. We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
19. All tenants have an individual support plans, ensuring they are supported in a person-centred way and are promoted to make own choices.
20. Each person has their own individual care package of support.
