Project Manager
Location: High Wycombe, Hybrid
Our client who design and manufacture complex equipment for the Defence Industry are currently looking for a Project Manager to work across the full Project Lifecycle, ensuring Projects are delivered on time, to quality and within budgets.
Your duties:
* Full responsibility for the management and delivery of assigned projects
* Full accountability for project performance
* Ensuring the delivery of projects are in line with company processes procedures and standards
* Support with bid management
* Execute and maintain project plans and statements of work
* Risk management root cause analysis
* Stakeholder management
* Build strong customer relationships
* Create project performance dashboard and continuously assess performance
* Provide project updates in line with the management reporting cycle
* Ensure project data is maintained to a high level of accuracy
Qualifications, skills and experience
* A relevant engineering degree
* Project management experience within a highly regulated industry
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* A recognised project management certification is advantageous
* Able to manage budgets and schedules
* Previous profit and loss management experience
