We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Project Manager where you’ll be directly accountable for the delivery of a suite of digital service enhancements, which will further improve the service we are able to offer our customers.
Your key accountabilities in helping us on our journey will be:
* Assimilate information relevant to the change activity, analyse and then apply it to the project delivery as appropriate.
* Manage the work and priorities of the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle, defining appropriate activities to ensure that the project delivers to quality, time, and cost criteria.
* Ensure that project and change benefits are correctly identified and monitored, and a framework is in place to drive and deliver sustainable change.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
You’ll need to have experience of working within an Agile framework that includes joint team outcomes, empowerment, commitments, and drives collaborative process.
Technical experience will be desirable (ideally as a Business Analyst) to enable support is provided across the lifecycle of this project and future needs of the business. Providing implementation support (testing, training and implementation) will be beneficial as will an appreciation of business change to provide input and support the wider project and change team.
