Responsible for the design and implementation of the Service wide in-house individual coaching provision.
Lead the provision of individual expert one to one coaching to Senior Leaders and associated initiatives informed from data and insight from both individual and team coaching. Working collaboratively with Senior Leaders on development outcomes, this role will expedite senior leadership development.
To embed an evaluation methodology providing assurance on the quality of senior leaders through improved ethical leadership, strategic decision making, performance and impact.
