Purpose of the Role: As a organised and proactive Office Administrator you will maintain an efficient and compliant office environment. In this dynamic role, you will support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:
- Answer incoming calls and record inquiries related to sales.- Manage customer orders and stock agreements.- Process sales orders and invoices.- Provide exceptional customer support, handling queries, document requests, and sample requests.
Bookkeeping:- Oversee supplier invoicing and maintain purchase and expense ledgers.- Manage customer statements and credit control.- Post sales invoices accurately.
Supply Chain Support:- Assist with supplier management and logistics, including importing, customs, and delivery management.- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS management standards.- Manage purchase orders effectively.
