Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales organization through the next phase of growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing our B2B and B2C sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing enterprise partnerships, and working cross-functionally to grow revenue through executive education, cohort-based learning, workshops, and corporate training.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
* Define and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for AI education products and services
* Lead and grow the sales team with a focus on enterprise clients, universities, government institutions, and tech professionals
* Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align sales with company objectives
Revenue Generation
* Identify and close high-value B2B opportunities, including corporate L&D programs, executive cohorts, and licensing deals
* Own the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales relationship management
* Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Partnerships & Business Development
* Forge strategic partnerships with tech companies, universities, and accelerators
* Work with marketing and content teams to develop impactful sales collateral and thought leadership
Team Management
* Recruit, train, and coach a team of account executives, SDRs, and sales ops staff
* Set and track KPIs, using data to drive performance and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven track record in closing enterprise deals, ideally in the education, SaaS, or professional services space
* Deep understanding of the AI/tech ecosystem, L&D, or executive education landscape
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder attitude—comfortable in fast-growing and ambiguous environments
