Job summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join us in East Cornwall, whose primary function will be to support the Launceston and Tamar Valley Community Nursing Team along supporting the day to day running of the Callington Health Centre. On occasion you will be expected to support the wider North and East Integrated Care Area. The working pattern will include some weekend working. The role will include the management of referrals from entry into the team through to discharge and interacting with patients, carers and other health and social care professionals. Also, inputting to a range of patient and staff electronic systems, monitoring of staff Lone Working and document management. Support to the team will include supporting staff to manage appointments inputting onto rosters, monitoring and maintaining registers and databases and ordering of stock and equipment. There is an element of patient facing contact mainly via the telephone but on occasions patients may report to reception and need to be seen. The ability to travel independently between offices and cover the service over 7 days on a rota system is required.
