HR Manager
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire (with travel across the South West)
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in shaping HR strategy and driving business success? Our client, a growing group representing iconic brands, is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery.
2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
3. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.
4. Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions.
5. Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation.
6. Build strong relationships across all levels, promoting a positive workplace culture.
7. Develop and deliver HR strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
8. Travel across dealership sites to provide tailored support (company vehicle and business mileage provided).
