If this position is not filled internally it may be re-advertised openly. LI-DNI The RNLI is looking for an experienced Creative Agency Account Manager to join a busy Creative Services department. This role is at the heart of the continued success of a high performing, friendly and award-winning team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a creative agency environment and be used to managing projects from conception to completion. Alongside this, the successful candidate will also need to work closely with our in-house social and digital teams to make sure we provide a joined-up service. We’re looking for someone who can work at a fast pace and sees the opportunities our projects present. Interrogating briefs is a big part of the role, as is being the voice of the client through creative development. We're a full-service agency, so you will need to be comfortable working across all Marketing comms, from print and DM, to media, email, digital, social, film and content. You’ll need to be confident in holding engaging meetings as well as having challenging conversations to get the most of out of people, situations and briefs. You will be liaising with clients of all levels, and you will need to be skilled in writing creative briefs and managing projects to budget and to schedule.
