The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional newly qualified solicitor to join our employment and immigration team in Putney.
Technical skills and expertise:
We are seeking candidates who have, as a minimum, done an employment law seat, acting for both employers and employees, and/or worked in an employment department in some other capacity, ideally with experience of acting for both employers and employees.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Advising on settlement agreements and generally on all aspects of employment law
* Acting in litigation
* Drafting contracts, policies, procedures and other documentation for employers
* Research
* Assisting with marketing and networking efforts
