Your Role? 🙋
For our Recruitment Consultant role, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about furthering their careers within the recruitment sector. You will need to be naturally organised, driven and hardworking and like to have a bit of fun in your working day. You will have some previous recruitment experience in any sector – tech recruitment is easy to pick up, future-proof and incredibly rewarding!
What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
* Developing and growing your desk and market by bringing on new clients as well as maximising existing CPS business.
* Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls.
* Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
* Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates.
* Network within your specialist industry, sector and specialism and continue to be an expert in your market.
* Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations.
* Utilising our database, LinkedIn, CV sourcing websites, job boards and social media to source suitable candidates for your live vacancies.
* Updating our CRM system with the most up-to-date candidate information.
* Screening of applications.
* Booking interviews.
* Delivering feedback (ensuring each candidate has a positive experience time and time again)
* Building relationships with candidates from initial engagement to offer of employment and beyond (full candidate management).
