Location: Leeds - Hybrid working 2 days a week.

Salary: £27,500 with potential to rise to £30,555 over 3 years

We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Assistant within our Medical and Technologies team.
Every day you will:
1. Manage and action requests and queries that come in from our customers, customer engagement teams and internal colleagues through the Diagnostics mailbox.
2. Facilitate customer complaints for Diagnostics including updating the Navex system and meeting deadlines for containment and investigation of the complaints. Work closely with the patient safety and customer services team and attend monthly meetings.
3. Support with operational reporting and analysis and other requests that come into the team. There will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to learn Power BI and data analysis tools such as Alteryx.
4. Support the Diagnostics Leadership team with various admin requests and responsibilities.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* Experience working on Microsoft Office.
* Working towards or completed level 3/4 CIPS.
* Previous experience within an Administration role is ideal.
* Ability to develop and deliver communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
* Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
* Work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on analysing data from multiple sources.
* Use clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision.
