Outline of Role: As an Assistant Project Manager, responsibilities are to assist the Project Managers to build projects. Develop their own customer relationships, ensure project delivery is excellent, H&S excellence in line with company / client procedures, and always looking for ways to exceed / improve the ways of working. Main Responsibilites: Learn how to use the new call off system Assist in developing client briefs into workable project profiles Load new projects to the call off system in readiness for equipment call off Request installer survey infrmation and load “specials” to the call off system Help to push projects through the call off system Make a quote tracker, request quotes and follow them up as required Assisting to produce cost plans & order documents Contract administration Assist in the programming and phasing of projects Commercial – ensure cost plans, quotes, orders, phasing are all accurate and up to date Check for new drawings daily and advise the team Aid in the submission of receipting and final account.
