An exciting job role has recently become available at the CGL. They are looking for a new Senior Recovery Worker.

Duties/Requirements :
* Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.
* Supervising Recovery Workers and Managing more complex work.
* Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
* Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.
Experience :
* Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 month
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
