Senior Patient Advisor – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Central London
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and prestigious aesthetic business based in Central London. They are seeking a Senior Patient Advisor with a strong sales background to manage all incoming new client enquiries and convert these into consultations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage new client enquiries via phone and email, converting them into consultations
2. Deliver a five-star client experience from initial contact through to booking
3. Collaborate with the clinic and management teams to streamline the client journey
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the enquiry process
5. Share client feedback with marketing and management to support business growth
6. Reconnect with previous clients and share new offers or updates
7. Produce regular conversion reports for internal use
8. Handle diary management and administrative tasks with accuracy
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in a sales-focused role within the cosmetic surgery or aesthetics industry
2. Alternatively, a sales-driven Assistant Clinic Manager looking for a new challenge
3. Professional and polished communication style, confident with high-profile clientele
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Customer-focused with a genuine passion for aesthetics and delivering results
6. Strong organisational and administration skills
Full-time, permanent position – 40 hours per week (includes lunch breaks)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays (with the following Friday to Sunday off when a Saturday is worked)
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus commission
