We are looking for people who live in Lichfield only. You will have a kind, compassionate heart, and be committed to keeping your client safe at home, and you will want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.
Being a care professional is an essential role supporting individuals to live well at home. You can be assured to receive the highest quality support needed to ensure you become the best care professional you can be. Here's what you could be doing:
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction and a warm cuppa is an important part of your visit.
* Help with tasks - such as meal preparation, medication or light housework.
* Personal care - supporting some clients with essentials such as bathing or showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Lastly you'll need to bring lots of patience, along with a good sense of humour. We are a social bunch at Home Instead and we will always be there to support you no matter what.
Qualifications
You must live in Lichfield due to the nature of the business.
Driving license and access to your own vehicle is desirable as we take out clients to the shops, appointments or even running errands.
Additional Information
* Part time hours of your choosing, no minimum weekly hours, however as our clients need support 7 days a week you will be required to work alternate weekends.
