Streamline Recruitment are currently looking for a Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join our client’s team on a 6-month contract. This role will involve supporting the transport team with delivery tracking, administration, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
* Completing transport administration, including updating systems and processing paperwork
* Responding to customer and client queries, providing updates, and resolving delivery issues
* Supporting the transport team with operational tasks to maintain efficiency
* Ensuring compliance by maintaining accurate transport documentation
Requirements:
* Experience in a transport operations environment.
* Confident communication skills with internal teams and external customers
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using transport management systems is beneficial.
Monday – Friday or 4 on 4 off options. (Hours to be agreed).
£28-35k salary.
