Salary: £35k - £45k
We are currently seeking an experienced P6 Planner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and knowledge of project controls to help support our expansion across the UK. Our team is multi-disciplinary so a wide range of experience and/or willingness to learn is crucial.

You will:
* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring they are robust, realistic, and practicable.
* Collate and validate project progress and report to the management team.
* Understand project risks and identify opportunities to de-risk project delivery.
* Work closely with key internal/external stakeholders ensuring buy-in to the project schedule.
* Manage the project under an NEC4 Option A contract.
* Utilise Primavera software for scheduling and project management.
We are looking for:
Essential:
* 2+ years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.
* Proficient in Primavera software.
* Experience with progress tracking through droplines & resource loading schedules.
* MEP Planner with an appreciation of build sequences and interfaces.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Experience of planning on NEC contract forms.
* Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively.
Desirable:
* In-depth knowledge of the pre-construction and construction process.
* Knowledge and experience of 4D planning methodologies and tools.
* Qualified to degree level, would be advantageous as would having formal project management qualifications such as APM or PRINCE2.
* Membership of a professional body, APM, ICE, CIOB.
