Job Description ️ Location: Sheffield or Bristol Permeant, fulltime Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) As a Client Relationship Manager at SBS, you will be at the forefront of our ISA product line client interactions, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and facilitate long-term partnerships. What will the role involve? Providing reliable support and exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships. Ensuring adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements, and communicating client goals with internal teams. Maintaining knowledge of clients' businesses, manage backlogs, and meet timelines. Summarising client meetings and following up on required actions, ensuring accurate documentation. Collaborating with Account Managers and lead client review meetings, ensuring preparation and alignment on client needs.
