The Role
The primary focus of this role is to engage with customers, assisting them with their insurance policy queries. You will work proactively to ensure customers continue to trust and choose our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Renewal
* Handle a blend of inbound and outbound calls, dealing with our customers.
* Use consultative and solution-focused techniques learned during training to close sales and retain customers.
Performance & Productivity
* Consistently meet productivity targets through effective call management and proactive customer engagement.
Follow-Up & Communication
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and follow up using the most appropriate communication methods, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed.
* Manage your diary efficiently to schedule customer callbacks and follow-up conversations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure all tasks are completed within required deadlines and meet the necessary quality standards in line with FCA regulations and best practices.
* Maintain accurate customer information, regularly updating records as necessary.
Knowledge & Development
* Stay informed of the latest products, processes, and industry developments to provide up-to-date, reliable information to customers.
Team Collaboration
* Assist your team and manager with ad hoc duties as needed, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
