Role Requirements
Enterprise sales leadership experience
Hands on approach with personal revenue responsibilities
Ideally pre-existing knowledge of the Security or Connectivity space
Approach to leadership is rigorous, detail and accountable
Capable of reorientating a sales team from a transactional to a solutions selling methodology
Geographically situated anywhere in the UK
Package - £100k to £110k base + up to Double OTE
