Sales Account Manager
Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission OTE £55K+ Yr. 1

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client accounts. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing high value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service whilst driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually.
2. Act as the first point of contact ensuring all customers' needs are met.
3. Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, cross selling, attending networking events, exhibitions, etc.
4. Understand the portfolio.
5. Collaborate with production and logistics ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
6. Provide quotes and oversee the processing of customer orders.
7. Work towards and achieve both business and personal targets.
The Candidate:
1. A proven track record in sales and account management.
2. Confident and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
4. Strong communication and influencing skills.
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
6. E-commerce experience is preferred.
