Part time Accounts Administrator required for well-established engineering consultancy based in Hadleigh. Working alongside a small, friendly team in a pleasant, modern environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Processing payments
2. Matching invoices to delivery notes
3. Preparing monthly payment run
4. Processing CIS returns
5. Filing invoices
6. Assisting with general tasks including data entry
7. Liaising with suppliers
8. Maintaining customer records
9. Meeting and greeting visitors to reception
The role will suit someone who is used to multi-tasking, has competent computer skills, and the ability to provide great, personalised customer service.
Working hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days (days to suit)
Salary: £14 p/hr
