IT Service Delivery Manager – Permanent - £60,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join a leading company. You will have responsibility for leading a service desk team as well as ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely fashion and to the require standard.
This is an onsite role, working Mon-Fri with out of hours cover needed on occasions.
What you will be doing:
* Lead a team who provide technical support to retail & hospitality customers
* Work to set SLA’s to monitor & manage service performance
* Ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
* Create & implement new procedures & ways of working to further enhance service levels
* Support with reporting
* Foster a supportive team culture that is focused on collaboration & support
What they are looking for:
* Previous line management experience, ideally leading IT teams in a service desk environment
* Excellent team working & communication skills
* Service delivery experience and an ITIL certification would be desirable
* Multi site experience would also be desirable
