We are looking for an Assistant Housing Development Officer to join our team and continue the rate of delivery towards our target and beyond.
With a list of land-led opportunities, regeneration projects and s106 sites coming forward we require an Assistant Housing Development Officer to work with the rest of the Team to help deliver homes for rent and shared ownership.
Having relevant Housing Development and Construction experience you will support and assist the wider Team but also have responsibility for the design, delivery and contract administration of smaller construction projects from new builds to conversions. From brownfield to rural, you will be involved in a diverse range of development projects, often built to the latest standards. We have it all to offer the right candidate across the beautiful and picturesque New Forest.
With relevant qualifications and past experience of managing development projects, you will have knowledge of CDM regulations; you’ll be ready to fulfil contract administration responsibilities; you’ll have good problem-solving skills, and you’ll be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm and ability to deliver projects to high standards.
