Are you looking for a new role in finance? We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join the team at Ferdinand Bilstein UK Ltd based at Markham Vale, Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the busy Finance team. Main Duties include: Debt Management, including all credit control, customer communication, resolving customer queries, issuing of copy invoices, credit notes & statements, ensuring payments are received as per agreed credit terms. Posting stock supplier invoices to correct ledger accounts and allocating to the correct general ledger codes. Reconciliation of monthly control accounts including Purchase Ledger Control. Posting non-stock supplier invoices to correct ledger accounts and allocating to the correct general ledger codes. Reconciliation of monthly control accounts including Purchase Ledger Control Post all sales receipts to the sales ledger for all currencies and agree aged debt balance on a daily basis. (Cash allocation) Forecast payments in all currencies and arrange pay runs in line with supplier payment terms Raising invoices and credit notes when necessary, following the correct procedures. Customer Rebates Experience and Skills Required At least 2 years experience in a similar role Sound understanding of both sales ledger and purchase ledger functions including credit control,processing of stock and non stock invoices, cash allocations, bank journal preparation. Attention to detail.
