Qualifications and Experience
* Qualifications: Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification is preferred, but we welcome applications from unqualified candidates who demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and the right attitude.
* Experience: Prior experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5 is advantageous.
* Skills: Knowledge of the EYFS framework, creativity in lesson planning, and a nurturing, positive outlook.
